Obbicht Castle

Obbicht Castle stands on the site of a medieval fortress, which was destroyed by the Spanish occupiers at the beginning of the 80-year war. The castle was restored, but was lost to war in the early 18th century. The remains were replaced in 1780 by the current castle.
