Two young, cheerful Indonesian priests have been appointed chaplains in Schimmert to lighten the work of the old pastor and eventually take over. They were well received, although some did not like it. But the old priest was stubborn and kept postponing his farewell. No one dared speak to him about it, because the respect for him is great. Will he be able to let go so that the two priests can give a contemporary interpretation to their vocation? Or will they lose their patience and fail this mission turned upside down?
